Tato Laviera is an amazingly talented and influential Nuyorican poet who is struggling with diabetes, blindness, dyalisis and most recently brain surgery. While in hospital he lost his home, and needs help with deposit and moving costs. He is a community treasure who has given truth and beauty to us for decades. Let's put a roof over his head.
